Step 2: Pass the Test

The ProStores Design Certification Program certification test is a scenario-based exam that will present you with a sample store request that you might receive from a client. We'll provide you a test store for you to develop a prototype that meets the needs of the customer based on the sample scenario.

Upon acceptance of the Certified Designer Membership Agreement, completion of the exam and approval by ProStores, you can start promoting yourself as a ProStores Certified Designer and start building stores for your clients.

Get Certified!

  1. Click the button below and purchase the Certification test. You will be presented with the ProStores Certified Designer Membership Agreement for acceptance during the purchase process.
  2. In your invoice email, you will receive a link that will allow you to download the test scenario. You will receive a separate email with access info for the test store.
  3. When complete, ProStores will review your work and then inform you if you have passed the test and qualified as a ProStores Certified Designer.

After completing the training and passing the certification exam, what's next?

Once you have passed the certification exam we will provide you a link to complete the ProStores Certified Designer form used to create your listing in the ProStores Services & Solution Directory. We'll then send you access to the Certified Designer logo that you can download and proudly display on your web site.

If you do not pass...

  • You will receive a full report and recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Participants may retake the test once without paying the certification fee again.
